About us

A small team, a few doors from the stage.

We work directly with producers and theatres, and we’re live today with Witness for the Prosecution, Troubadour Theatres, Marylebone Theatre and the Menier Chocolate Factory.

We’re a team of four in Central London. You’d be one of our first engineering hires, with real ownership from week one.

We build AI-first. We expect engineers to use AI tools across the whole workflow and to run several streams of work in parallel, not one ticket at a time.

What our platform runs today.

  • Agent ticket sales

  • Ticket lotteries

  • Seat upgrades

  • Pre-orders

  • Automated customer support

  • Whatever you build next

Role 01

Product Reliability Engineer

  • Central London, hybrid
  • Permanent, full-time
  • Mid-level

You’ll make sure InYouGo works when it matters most: the minute a big show goes on sale, the moment a lottery draws, and every time a customer pays. This is a hands-on engineering role, part reliability, part product. You’ll own how our platform behaves under pressure and how quickly we notice and fix things when it doesn’t.

What you’ll do

  • Own the reliability of high-demand on-sales and lottery draws: capacity planning, load testing and queue management before the rush, and calm incident handling during it
  • Build the monitoring, alerting and dashboards that tell us something is wrong before a customer or partner does
  • Keep payments dependable: watch checkout health, failed payments and payouts across Stripe Connect, and chase down the edge cases
  • Look after the health of our integrations with partner ticketing systems, so availability, prices and orders stay in sync
  • Protect our data: backups, point-in-time recovery, and tested restore plans
  • Turn support tickets and incidents into fixes, so the same problem doesn’t happen twice
  • Run blameless post-incident reviews and write the runbooks the rest of the team will lean on
  • Ship product code too: you’ll spend a good share of your time building features, with reliability built in from the start

What you’ll bring

  • 3–5 years building and running production web systems, ideally where traffic spikes or money moves
  • Strong experience with Postgres, plus at least one of: TypeScript/Node, Python or Go
  • Hands-on experience with observability tools (for example Sentry, logs, metrics, tracing) and with being on call
  • Comfort with cloud and edge infrastructure, caching, rate limiting and queueing
  • A habit of writing things down: runbooks, incident notes, clear pull requests
  • Daily use of AI coding tools, and the judgement to know when to trust them

Nice to have

  • Experience with payments, especially Stripe Connect
  • Ticketing, e-commerce or any business with sudden, predictable peaks
  • Experience with Supabase, Cloudflare Workers or a virtual waiting room
  • A love of live theatre or music

Role 02

Full Stack Engineer

  • Central London, hybrid
  • Permanent, full-time
  • Mid-level

You’ll build the products that customers, producers and theatres use every day, from the booking app to the tools that help a show sell out. You’ll take features from an idea on a whiteboard to live in front of customers, often in the same week. We’re a small team, so you’ll touch everything: frontend, backend, data and the integrations that tie them together.

What you’ll do

  • Build and ship features across our web platform and the new version of the InYouGo app
  • Build integrations with partner ticketing systems and APIs, and keep them clean as they multiply
  • Work on checkout and payments with Stripe Connect
  • Help build our AI-powered customer support and internal automation
  • Talk to customers and partners, and turn what you hear into product decisions
  • Run several pieces of work at once, using AI tools to move quickly without cutting corners

What you’ll bring

  • 3–5 years building production web applications end to end
  • Strong TypeScript, with a modern frontend framework (such as React) and a Node backend
  • Solid SQL and data modelling, ideally Postgres
  • Experience building against third-party APIs and handling the mess they bring
  • Product sense: you care how it feels to use, not just whether it works
  • Daily use of AI coding tools, and the judgement to review what they produce

Nice to have

  • Mobile app experience (React Native or similar)
  • Payments, ticketing or e-commerce experience
  • Experience with Supabase, Cloudflare or Shopify
  • A love of live theatre or music
